keeps loading and saying try again in 30sec

pf keeps loading ,not bottin

same her. i use a legitimated windows 10 professional (Build 1607)
yesterday ist was running fluently. no windows updates done

I can get on but laggy then kicks you out and says Connection to buddy server lost trying again in 30
