This is a great tool and I've been using it a lot since I found it. The only issue I've found that persists is the bot getting stuck in water. Trying endlessly to move to a pool that it cannot ever get too because its just banging it's head on a wall.
Can you build a retry limit into the move to pool function or some detection that if the player's location isn't changing, start some un-stuck function (mount, climb etc similar to what gatherbuddy does)?
Quick question: This new way the bot navigates on a flying mount, that means I dont have to add extra waypoints fx at the dam in Uldum coming from the north going south to avoid the bot flying in a straight line right into the dam?
In other words, the bot knows there is a dam and it wont fly thru it?
If so, ill go remake some of my profiles to make em look less botish![]()
It detects obstacles like trees, hills and ofc the dam in the same way like archbuddy / gatherbuddy2 does.
hey Circocoft and ty for your nice fishing profiles!!Allright, thx for the quick answer and +rep for your workIll go change some of my profiles posted on page 11 to work better with this version then

give rep to the creators if you like their profiles
If you want me to add profiles to the repo / zip file just pm me. I will test and add them if they're fine. You'll need at least a flying mount to run the PoolFisher.. Pools are spawning all over the world of warcraft and you can fish from them for special fish or better drop rate.
- I use "fraps" to capture videos (you'll need a lot of discspace, because it captures frames uncompressed)
- 1680 x 1050 for desktop
- 1680 x 1050 for wow in windowed mode
- I use ulead video studio to cut and convert to HDV 1080i - 50i (for HDV)
- as you can see I upload them to youtube
Is this not ready for Northrend Fishing? I start it up in northrend , anywhere in northrend as a matter of fact, it'll fish a couple of nearby pools then tries to fly across ocean to Eastern Kingdoms and fatigues and dies. Any fix or is it just no ready for northrend
The bot was working for me for a while after I first made an uldum profile. Was loving it. Then came back after a few hours dcd and was dead underwater. Now when I'm starting it I seem to have this problem:
09:59:25 AM - Looking for pool point. Pool location: <-10029.9, -1112.13, 43.31652>.
09:59:25 AM - We got 0 tempPoolPoints for this pool.
09:59:25 AM - Looking for pool point. Pool location: <-10029.9, -1112.13, 43.31652>.
09:59:25 AM - We got 0 tempPoolPoints for this pool.
It just spams this over and over.
This is when I start the bot already near a pool. If I start it near no pools, Its the same thing, except the pool location is <0,0,0>.
Very odd. Any idea whats causing? I'd post my profile but its just a blank profile with several hotspots in uldum.
