As spawns change and so do nests, there is no best place. Good places are high density pokestop and cell phone activity places and there are tons of it.

At the moment I'd say New York Central Park, it's a Charmander nest.

Anyone with half a brain would bot in their own country in their largest city.
I'm from the UK, personally I nearly always use London for my main account.

If I'm using a "fun" account I normally go to New York Central Park, on the south side. I have tried Disney in Japan but something is missing, it's just not fun...
