Bot not attaching EU

Hi bot not attaching on my pc.
However, it does on my laptop.

WoW Version 7.1.0 (22908) (Release x86)
This version is ran on both PC and laptop and as far as I know HB version on both devices is the same.

Followed this however it seems that my WoW64.exe is updated but the 32bit required for HB is on the old version.
Peculiarity lies in why did my laptop update it to the correct version and my pc not.

Anyway thanks gonna look into it

Edit: So apparently after the latest hotfix released by Blizzard my game went to a completely different install location. From my C to D drive. Hence, when I launched it via the app it got the correct 64bit build 22950. However, launching via HB it gets the old install location (that I did not change). So the solution is to go to the app and change back to the original install location this way it will force the update on the 32bit client as well on the exe that HB attaches to.
