Missing Honorbuddy Profiles (paid)

Hello Yesterday 3/10/16 i bought (Apexis Dailies & Bonus Objectives - Patch 6.2) and i re-log the Honorbuddy so i can load it from Honorbuddy > Profiles > From Buddy Store.
I realized that not only my paid pack isn't appearing in the list but also other packs too is missing. I've tried to a Clean HB but no luck to it.

Please I would like to help me to find a solution to my problem.

Please guide me for the correct one. I have buch of logs in the folder and 4 more folders with logs in it. What you want to load?

clear your log files folder,restart Hb and grab the fresh log file plz

I disable all of the packs from the store and i left ony this one. The result is nothing.. Completely blank.

from what i can see the profile are there but probably outdated

Hello gotten,

as creator of "Apexis Dailies & Bonus Objectives - Patch 6.2", I can confirm, that it is working with HB 3.0

I am not sure, need to contact the Store Admins if it was actually streaming since 30.08, when all products were force disabled for Legion compatibility doublechecking.

Meanwhile, can you doublecheck that the product is Enabled and Streaming on your Store Management?
Update: You already refunded.

Out of your log, I can see you are streaming:

too, this is a bundle product, which indeed include a full copy of "Apexis Dailies & Bonus Objectives - Patch 6.2" too.

So if you have obtained (or testing in Trial and plan to obtain) "Draenor Pathfinder (Unlock Draenor Flying)", keep that in mind.

Its not related, they separate products.
You need to check if you have it Enabled and Streaming on the store.
