lvl 109 trying to pick a quest doesnt available

Hi, my lvl 109 toon was used to lvl up via HB... its ok till lvl 109, when he tries to pick up a quest that is not available (exclamation mark is gray, not yellow).
Anything?

It is probably the suramar intro quest which u need to be 110 for, but u should upload a log anyway so u can get help.

What can i do (beside doing with own hand) to quest till lvl 110? Causa all my toon stay stuck with two bars @ lvl 109...

Ive made all the things to clear the cache...
The problem still remains... the toon still try to pick it up a question doesnt available.
