Not able to purchase from buddy store

Been trying to purchase the suramar loot helper on the buddy store, but it keeps saying payment is unsuccessful. I have tried two different cards and it just won't go through. Is there anything I can do?

This has been an ongoing issue for multiple days, its only effecting the people in USA. I finally got a response earlier today, saying it will be fixed in 24-48 Hours.
