SCH Combat Routine?

Hi all
any suggestion regarding a good CR?
I tried out Ultima and All in One but they act erratically - especially Ultima, sadly when it goes into DPS mode it stacks there and then doesn't cure anymore and the tank die

Only routines I've found outside of those two are paid ones on external sites. Not sure if we're allowed to post them here though, so a quick google search will be your best bet.
