Patch 4.0.6, Safe to use HB?

I don't know exactly how HonorBuddy polymorphs itself, but today patch 4.0.6 was released. So I was wondering, is it safe to use the bot?

I believe this was answered in another post. I haven't tried logging into the servers, but I thought Apoc said hb/gb might down a day or two.
