I literally bought Legendary to get Legionbuddy only to find out Legionbuddy is halted and there is zero updates on any progress..meh

Sadly I'm in the same boat as you. I made the error of reading it wrong and believing we were getting EARLY access, I thought it wasn't very far away.

Other than All upcoming Buddybots.. There is upcoming bots which we definitely don't have like LegionBuddy and HB3. Basically the only reason i even got Legendary was because thought we got pre access to these. Without those basically your better to have 59.00 euro a yr for 3 sessions.

Also "all upcoming Buddybots" is something that will be fulfilled. Atm. the only upcoming bot is legionbot and that is in an "on hold" status meaning there is nothing we can release even not to legendary members.
Before a release can happen the bot must be "safe" and also in a status that you can at least partialy use it. That's not given atm.
If you bought legendary only to get access to the new stuff I am sorry but there is a 7 days no-question-asked refund policy meaning if you buy a product on our page and it does not do what you want or include what you expected you can get your money back without any discussion. Check later again or simply wait until the product is available to everyone.

^this, also I see the same stuff happening that people complain about in the normal forums, they made clear statements about HB3 and Legion Buddy etc, people really should research and look through the forums before asking questions or buying products let alone if its a 200 dollar subscription.

While I appreciate that you're trying to put the flames out on a fire, the truth really is that there is nothing that "really" sets this Legendary status apart atm from other products that are a quarter of the price. Usually in the market when something is newly released it's release because there is a need for it. In my personal opinion we should be given more sessions @ 200 euros.. why we got 2 sessions and someone that pays 59 euros gets 3 sessions this is confusing to me. At this point I think it's utterly ridiculous to charge people 200 Euro for something that has no real benefits to it in the foreseeable future on a subscription based system, either you give people access to newly developed stuff or you don't, picking and choosing and claiming to halt development isn't a resolve, a month ago development was announced to be halted until HB3, no announcements or any type of ETA has been provided. For the people that paid 200 Euro.. at least toss us a bone and let us know what's really happening in detail, I think we at least deserve that.

Problem with the forums (all forums on any site) is that there is plenty of correct information, incorrect information and confusing information, while I'm sure you have 12 hours a day to dedicate into reading forums many of us don't. If you see a group of people confused and complaining that means things are clearly not clear enough, blaming people for being "Lazy" when something is not as clear as it should be or easily answered without spending hours reading a forum is not the way to get out of something not being right. I know forums are always quick to tell people to search the forums, but when you got 1000's threads with the same subject that person is unlikely to go through every thread as most threads always have different answers to the question which causes confusion.



At the end of the day I like HB products, great developed product, great developer community and addons are great. Only thing I would like to see is for people to feel like they got more value out of the 200 euro Legendary package, if not there is obviously not much we can do other than not resub the next year for that package, I will let this package play out and see if any changes happen, but at this point Im rather disappointed with the value.

No one forced your to pay 200€. On the page honorbuddy.com where you bought Legendary Buddy access it is shown what it includes. What other users write on the forum about it does not matter.

So I can understand that you wanna try legionbot but it makes sense to wait a little bit more. Imagine we give you now access to a broken alpha and you get banned or most things do not work. This would mean you get a wrong expression about what the bot can do and what not. Legendary Members will tell everyone the new bot is crap not understanding what an alpha is and that their pressure made us releasing it at that state. So sometimes a company needs balls and say NO and wait. Shift the release of a product to a later state and do it right instead of wrong. Believe us, we would like to sell a new product better yesterday than tomorrow. Nature of business

I agree here. Atm. we're busy with a lot of things, maybe we loose focus on other areas a little bit. Thanks for the Feedback!

Im not here to whine or complain about the time line or the price. I was happy to pitch in the money to help develop the product. I have been using HB since BC. My only question is I bought the legendary buddy access as soon as it was released. If the legion bot doesnt come out for another 3 months will my 2 year subscription be extended 3 months?

At the moment, what's holding everything up is HB3.

Raphus wanted to pause all LegionBuddy development once HB3 was completely stable.
HB3 has already come a long way since Legion's launch - however DungeonBuddy is still being worked on and there's a huge demand that DungeonBuddy be fully operational in HB3.

After DungeonBuddy is fully working and HB2 is no longer supported, then that will be a big milestone and hopefully a large step forward for us back into LegionBuddy.

Raphus already announced that there will be compensation to this downtime for people who bought LegendaryBuddy for LegionBuddy access, so no worries there.
