General Noob question

Hi guys im atm lvl 110, THX HB.
But now im kinda stuck, i hardly can kill the 110 normal enemys.
i hafe Item-lvl 782
Im just wondering what profile i should run to get some desent gear.
im really new @ wow at all
if u got any advices for whitch profile i should buy or a free one i would be thankfull allot
i simply have no idea what to do now^^

dungeon finder played by hand/me or by bot?
if bot what profile i should use?

i would start manually .... or use a combat routine but still manually move the char. but do not leave unattended. always keep an eye on it if you use a bot. your toon could end up doing something really stupid like try to keep walking through a wall and it will throw up red flags to the people around you. once you are max lvl (110) dungeon grinding is pretty much the fastest way to gear up. .....and no doubt you will see this warning all over HB forums....never bot on an account that you are not prepared to lose. hence never botting on ur main account.

i just got the one account, but im not affraid of loosing it.
