Item List: How to keep only specific ancient items?

I set up some items to be kept and added to the first list to keep if it was ancient and left the second list blank. I just watched my bot salvage an item I had set up like that... Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I should note it may have picked the item up from in town from when a follower bot dropped their inventory.

You can do them all individually by adding it as a MUST HAVE affix in Itemlist itself...

This may be more time consuming to setup, but can be beneficial in the long run if you update your itemlist as you get better and better items to only keep things that can actually be upgrades for you.

I did do the items individually and added in the Ancient property to the MUST HAVE portion, but I left the optional portion blank and I guess it decided to salvage the item because of that?

I added in the main stats as the option portions and it's been keeping items. I assume all items roll with a main stat on them except for a very select few rings and such.
