We've been getting reports of people who are unable to see their tanks in the bot's interface, or the bot fails to start completely. We've released a fix a couple of days ago which worked on all of our test machines, but it would appear some users are still experiencing trouble.

If you are affected, please leave a reply in this thread so we can further diagnose and solve the problem. Thanks!
 
Yeah I'm not able to get it to work.

I'm guessing it's the latest update causing some trouble.
 
Maybe focus on update the bot... Have gone weeks since last time it worked.
 
the bot hasn;t worked for weeks now. loads but same issue as above...did the update today, same problem...
 
i can't se my tanks in tankleader, and i reintall it, but i can1t add it to the (+) button...
 
I also do not appear in the interface bot tanks and inactive button "+".
And this problem at all. Developers when you fix this problem?

Yup, same problem. Bought full license and I cannot launch the both. Updated and unupdated version has a same problem. I cannot add tanks to garage menu. Button is innactive even though, I manage to successfully press start and launch idle bot.
 
WoT Client version : v.0.9.15.2

Same problem as others, cannot see my tanks in the Garage tab to add to queue so I can't use Tankleader at all.
 
You gonna give me a solution or just give me my money back?? I buy a 3 days Key and cannot use even a second, tomorrow the key ends and I'm not will pay for nothing
 
I have same problem.Yesterday i bought key for 1month,TL dont see tanks in garage and i can't use "+" :( Pls fix it.
Sorry if I makes mistakes, Im form Poland
 
DEV just re use the old version 2.1.316 it was working till new update of wot.... if you dont have it, i still have

Was it working on your test machines with WoT Client v.0.9.15.2?

i cannot access the garage or anything since i bought this, getting really frustrating.
