Tank leader Not working

Followed the sticky and I cant press the + and add tanks.

is this not working?

OK so you confirm there is an issue so can i have an eta on fix? If it's unlikely to be more than 2 hours I would like a full refund before taking it to the credit card company. Please confirm a full refund has been issued.

It's going to be more than two hours, but instead of taking it to the credit card company, you can take it to our support team. They'll give you a refund with a lot less hassle.
