Two part question

Is it actually possibly bot safely ( just for leveling ) without blizz detecting the software, and making sure you monitor/write to friends and only bot a few hours a day?

I knew that I would receive some sort of answer along these lines, I am aware that it is never truly safe, what I am asking is if blizzard is still easily detecting the Honorbuddy software?
