You don't need it. It'll be released in a couple weeks. Check the above link and read what official said. We are "HB2" if that's what you want to call it. This is just a slight upgrade. There's no extra cost. It's just normal Honorbuddy, but better.

Only as beta. It will be avaliable for everyone when it's ready for release.
