As an example:
The bot killed an enemy or elite. Once globes are on the ground, it gets stuck between globes... Running back and forth, it's clearly confused on what to pick up first and creates a stuck issue.
This is what your bot is doing, right?
What Trinity version are you using?
This has been fixed in the latest Trinity versions. If this is your issue and you aren't using Trinity .235, I would suggest getting that and testing it.
