FPS drop when pressing Start button in HB

Hello.

I have an FPS problem on one of my machine, it is happening for about 1.5month and i can't fix it myself.
Whats the problem? - Everytime i do press start button in HB > fps drop from 30 to 18-20 (which is fine), but when toon is starting to move > fps drop to 10-12 and when starting to fight > to 7-8 (the thing is, it is NEVER drop below 7), then back up to 10-12 and so on. If i try to do it manualy without HB (same pulls ect), FPS is always at 29-30 :/
It is doesn't matter if i run 1 client or 5, always the same on every client.

What i have tryed to do so far:
Setting WoW to High prio - nope.
Disabling windows defender - nope.
Adding rules to defender for HB - nope.
Installing KIS2016 + adding rules for it - nope. (on my other machines KIS + HB is running flawless, so i decided to try it here aswell).
Installing/uninstalling/repairing C++ 2013/2015 x86/x64 - nope.
Removing/Disabling some WIn services just for test - nope.
Removing/installing_old_versions_of_drivers/reinstalling drivers - nope.
Removing/disabling stuff in device manager - nope.
Removing/disabling programs - nope. (machine is CLEAN, just HB/HBrelog/Nvidia drivers/Firefox/KiS).

I'm using Win10 Anniversary Update right now, but i have tryed Win7/8.1/10without update.
I'm using Quest botbase and Singular.
My toons run old content, cata.

Same with me, but it only appears to be in the new Legion areas.
 
Well. I'm using the old content... Which should be meshed and polished already?


You guys have different problem, i'm sure it is meshing, like in the broken shore scenario or level100+ zones, it is known issues as i know.
 
I think we all have the same problem, i'm actually surprised that HB it's working even on Legion launch , bravo BossLand Team

how can you all this working if you cant use it due to the lag .. i put mine on raid or haz . and it i cant even move !

I use BuddycontrolPannel, So I turn on the bot only when I hv to fight the mob on quest mode, I nv manage to do Legion dungeon or Raid... queue 2hr -.-

legion regions only, impossible to run HB there.
 
I think its the Mesh there is the problem. if i go to Garrison and start the bot no problem when i go to Legion big problem
 
framelock should be always enabled

fps issues are fixed in next release
