I cannot download Pokefarmer. Download always stuck.

I bought a serial key for pokefarmer and I´m trying to download it from the website and it always gets stuck and never finishes downloading. I have no problem downloading anything else. I already checked if it was my internet and it was not.
Can I get help please?

Do you have another laptop to download it on? I'm not sure why yours is having this issue.

Yes, I just did it using another laptop and I still get the same issue. I have high speed internet.

Hmm okay use your phone to tether internet and download using that. I'm really not sure why this is happening to you.

It worked with the internet of my cellphone. Probably the company that provides me with internet for some reason block downloads from your website.
