Two questions：can not use & login area

Hello:
I am a player in China, and I just have bought the keys at August 11,2016.

Question 1:
Yesterday, some bug of Diablo III occured and the shop page of Diablo III in China area just can not open, so, today , in China area, we have a small patch to fix the problem.
But , just after the patch , the demonbuddy can not legion an]d more ,it says:View attachment 8712 2016-08-25 09.11.txt

Question 2:
the second problem is : Several days before ,I used to login in some other areas,like Europe , Southeast Aisa, and so on, and today I tried it again , it warns that I used to ligon in other areas. So, I understand that I should just login in my own area , and I want to ask:would there be any problem if I had login in some other areas?

昨天暗黑更新了游戏版本，所以对不上辅助版本。等吧。
