Drop items in town not working?!

So i tried all to make the bot drop all green/legendary items in town :S but it simply wont :S ? anyone that can help ?

I haven't tried, but I recall seeing a setting that said to not pick up legendaries in town. Maybe you need to turn that on too?
And it definately used to work.
