Cant loot pokestops , error xx

I just bought your bot 5 minnutes ago , but for some reason the bot says failed to loot pokestops.
Also my pokemons fly away all the time , could be the settings?

How far from your last used position did you teleport to? If you did it within too short a time frame, it will be a softban

Alright man , Yeah it could be a softban! Duration of a soft ban is about 1/2 hours right?

No it varies and it can be longer than that
