"Try again in two hours" . It means that my account is banned?

Sorry for my English!

A week ago not connect to the game since they started with massive bans.

Today I try to connect , and I get the message " Can not get data from the server, try again later " .

It means that my account is banned?

I tried to open the pokefarmer and tell me the following message:

[19:36:02] Connecting to login servers...
[19:36:03] Connecting to game servers...
[19:36:04] Download player info...
[19:36:04] Download game settings...
[19:36:05] Download player inventory...
[19:36:06] Download of player inventory failed.
[19:36:06] Restricted response from game server. Try again in 2 hours.

Try again in 2 hours It is banned or not?

You don't get banned immediately after your violation against their ToS. They wait some time after you were flagged as a 'cheater' and then ban hammer you off the game so you don't know exactly what was causing the detection.

Then my account is permanently banned although it put attempting to connect in 2 hours?
 
Yes. Because, Pokefarmer cannot tell you that you are banned. That is for you to find out. It is just saying, it is not able to retrieve your data from the servers and for you to try again later.
