I wonder cannot connect to game server mean?

Cuz from the status, it's like I can connect to pokefarmer server with my session key. But when pokefarmer trying connect to pokemonGo game server it got blocked.

Does this mean pokemonGo server blocked pokefarmer from accessing their port? Are they targeting pokefarmer or just pokefarmer server down?
