bot don`t use racial mount ability - Running Wild. race - worgen. client - RU.
this is a veeery old bug. still not fixed.
bot even don`t try mount.

I would pick a different mount anyways... the bot will sometimes confuse running wild as a shapeshift instead and not dismount correctly to interact with objects.

on low-level iam cannot pick or buy any other mount.
i need reputation with other faction.
in result - bot do all quests on foot. it`s veeeery slooowly.

ufff, iam found vendor. Astrid Langstrump - NPC - World of Warcraft
but maybe devs fix this bug?

Already reported it twice a few months ago and also in 2015. It seems this bug is not high on the bug list to solve.
