auth problem

bought a 3-mouth-session
but it said "Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?"
btw i have shuted down the firewall
i can see my key in auth centre as unused key
what should i do

clear your cache folder and try again,make sure you are using your PF key

i am really sure, i bought a PF key and clean my cache folder, but still not work

btw i tried the new version pf, it said i should "Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session."
but in BuddyAuth there is no actvie session, my key staied as unused/inactive
