Cannot install Pokefarmer

Whenever I try to run the exe file for Pokefarmer, I get an error message that says "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer"

I've tried installing the visual C++ redistributable 2015, since I read that was the fix online, but it didn't work.

I also tried emailing the support, and all I got was a message to post here. I'm starting to be frustrated since I paid for the service yet its not actually working, and I didn't really get a response from anyone.
