Pokestop failed, Trying again message. 2.0

Started to received the Failed, Trying again message. I remember this problem being fixed, but i could be remembering this wrong. Could this be a setting issue on my end that i can fix or is this something Devs are working on fixing on the bot end?

why has this been effecting so many people at different times? Every pokestop I go to, it errors and glitches to that one stop. Can you please give us an answer?

Go download Build 94, perhaps it's been resolved.
