Yeah, that is indeed sweet spot. Too bad i can't find any 90+ IV Charmander Only ~10-60 weaklings

you will have to go out looking for the odd charmanders if you want a IV90 to 100

Charmander's with the best IV can be hatched from 2 km eggs, as I know of.

ive been there for a couple of hours and ive gotten a shitton of charmander! i can defently vouch for this place.

too bad the best one ive gotten is a 50 IV ...
