Bought the Bot, Its not working - please help as fast as possible :(

Hello Guys, i just bought the pokefarmer, unzipped it in a new folder, started the exe and filled in my Key in the settings and pressed okay.
Now the problem is, i cant click the "start bot" button, just the settings one.. I really need help to fix this, i cant do nothing with the bot.. I dont even know where to fill my login and Password - its kinda bad explained, like everything.

I'd have to disagree with it being "badly explained". Make sure you have the Visual C++ Redistributable Update 3 (x86) installed. You also may want to try running the application as an Administrator, just to test. I had no issues out-of-box. If the 'Start Bot' button is dimmed, maybe you haven't provided a proper key in the settings. Check each tab in settings and make sure everything looks correct, then close/re-open Pokefarmer.

well, i did everything u told me, i installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3, filled all the settings, used the correct code inside my email.
What's the next advice? or will u pay me the money back? the Start button is still dimmed.
 
we can check it again when done with the updates :)
 
Is there already any news on the update on pokefarmer there is not update anymore.
 
So, it seems the bot is working for other ppl now, i bought this bot few days ago and couldnt use it. I still cant. Pls fix my problem i cant press the Start bot button - u gonna help me now? or i wasted the money to buy the bot? Then id appreciate to return my money.

so what is going to happen? U gonna help me via teamviewer, or what is ur support doing in this case?
 
When will this fixed? I've paid for it, I'm waiting for 3 days and still no solution..If you won't fix it, I want my money back.
