Demonhunter keeps auto attacking instead of using spender

Anyone else having this problem? He just stands there and shoots his "auto" arrows instead of multishot. He has enough resource and I have nnot changed any settings

I have the same problem with you , DH use normal attack at act4 and block by ground object .
