Please help? Session with specified sid does not exist

Ok I start it up everything works fine .. then after a certain amount of time it says "Session with specified sid does not exist in NorthAmerica region." And exits .. no error in the log or anything (of course I don't have it set on max logging) Any Help would Be greatly appreciated. I am on a 150m Connection and do not use a Proxy.
I have 16gb ram and an i7 processor If need anymore info please ask. I really would like to get this fixed..

I appreciate your attempt at helping. I already read that and it doesn't apply to my situation. I tried on the choose best for a day and it didn't work then after reading that I changed it to north America .. then I tried it a few times then waited till next day and tried it a few times. Only using One instance so no possible way it could be more than one session on dif regions. I also have a 150m Connection so I doubt it is a slow connection But it is possible one of the hops between me and the bossland server "could" be slow. I have tried rebooting My computer , restarting the modem , Even shutting everything off for several hours and restarting both. Any other ideas you have though could be extremely helpful.
 
how many sessions do you have under your key?
 
I am allowed 4 But Haven't used it for a long time .. decided to mess with some of it again (have lifetime)
