How to gather seeds?

Is there any way to gather regular seeds such as wizard eggplant seeds, midland cabbage seeds, etc? The profiles I've seen don't have an option for it.

I just went to Profile Creator, and ran around a bit until I figured it out. Its a simple no muss no fuss Gathering bot-base profile that collects Earth Shards, until Cabbage or Eggplant seeds pop up, go to the gate at Fallgourd Float x22, y26 click start then enjoy!
