cant log in with PTC!!

i cant login via the PTC. Everytime I try to login I receive the following messages:

[01:23:39] Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

i'm sure my password and username are correct.i can login on my phone.

i find a floder named qtwebengine_locales with simplify Chinese in it. how can i select the language?
