I have started the bot here

still 0 pokemon caught, any tips ?

Firstly, check your settings, whether or not that you've selected to catch pokemon.

Kudos to this stat also.

For one, your bags are full. You won't be able to get anymore items from the Pokestops.

Also, the "P" on the map stands for Pokestops, not Pokemon. As far as I know, Pokemon come up as "?"

Yep i know that, but it's not a problem for getting xp from pokestop

Niantic disabled Server Status LogIn for Pokemon Respawns. Until that you only catch a few pokemons (Maybe the ones respawned a little bit faster)
Try to use Walk speed / Jag (Slower speeds)
