Tutorial - How to setup Pokefarmer

Hey community,

this tutorial shall help everyone to setup your Pokefarmer correctly.

1. Buy & Download & Launch Pokefarmer
After launching you can zoom out of Bossland GmbH HQ and setup your location via leftclick.

Make sure you have this installed: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center or else you will run into "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" error

Windows Type:
  • 64bit: Run vcredist_x64.exe
  • 32bit: Run vcredist_x86.exe





2. Hit Start Bot
Starting the Bot is easy. Just hit Start and it will ask you which Login method you use.

F.A.Q
1. My Google login does not work!! Help me!
Solution 1: Disable two factor authentication of your Google Account and you are ready to go.
Solution 2: Setup an app password. Use this guide: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/pokef...le-google-2-factor-auth-heres-workaround.html

2. I cannot Login
[09:23:42] Connecting to login servers...
[09:23:43] Could not connect to login servers. Please try again later.
Solution 1: Either this is because the servers of Pokemon GO are offline. Otherwise you just entered a wrong password. Delete Cache folder and try again.

3. Constant loading screen. Nothing happens.
If you have Nahimic MSI Sound utility active. Disable / Close it.

4. Pokefarmer is Ideling
If nothing happens after changing radius
Solution 1: Change Location (Coordinates)
Solution 2: Increase Radius
This is usually caused because there are no objects within that radius => bot goes to idle

There are two possible reasons.

Reason #1)
This is the only pokestop around.

Reason #2)
Your account is soft banned. Just wait for it - it loots until the API returns that everything is fine again.
 
Doesn't work for me. I input my key in settings, but it never asks for my login to google, and when I click start nothing happens.

Tried a reinstall with no luck.

EDIT; Never mind, now it works for some reason. The start button started working after around 5 minutes, no idea why.
 
works for me i just logged in and used a lucky egg now the bot is walking around pokestops and catching pokemon they need to add that into the bot so it will use the lucky eggs on its own and for incubate new eggs after one has hatched

These features will come in really near future. Doesn't take too long anymore. Just keep in mind this is the first release and a lot of updates will follow with new features. But as always we have to start somewhere. Big cities weren't build on just a day you know. :)

im sure yous will its just nice to level with it i am level 22 that i done by my self so i dont mind if this takes over the leveling for me

Cant log into the client, followed all steps and Im not using two stage veri on my google account. Any solutions?

EDIT: I actually flipped and went HAM on the start bot button until it worked, so i dont have a problem now.

Question: How do I change the place where Im using the bot? Im in US right now, and id like to get to Australia.

@oliverhejsan - Before launching the bot you can scroll out and set your position with a left click.

Unable to reach login servers:
If you cannot reach login servers this usually happens if login servers are busy as they are often due to the Pokemon GO Hype. Resetting IP helps often, but not always. If that also does not work - what operating system do you use?
 
yep,that comes from Pokemon Go servers
its not a bot issue
 
Looting

Mine was working fine then all of sudden it is saying looting over and over?
 
my bot stuck at welcome to pokefarmer and connection to map

so I just purchased the bot and get stuck, at welcome to poke farmer and connection to map. I did allow it through my firewall, any suggestion to solve this problem. Thank you

Yep, tried same thing, it get stucked on a pokestops all the time now ive changed locations with no success.

EDIT; It seems to be that reason why the bot cant loot sometimes is because in the client the bot is currently standing in the spot trying to loot but in the pokemon world u are not, so sometimes it buggs and keeps looting nothing for 5-10minutes but then it gets the items and moves along.
