There are tons of programs out there like XXXXXX (check it at virus total) That change your hwid just fine.
I don't doubt that some publishers ban hwid as part of their arsenal but its not effective on its own and not really a viable option, considering you might sell that computer one day then they potentially cant sell some new person the game (or you the game again for that fact).
Its the same for ip, especially in todays age where some people have to even use tor to play. They cant really risk banning a tor exit node or a major vpn node.
Then there is the fight for privacy in todays age also. There is becoming a heavier scrutiny on what game security systems can actually monitor. So i wouldn't stress to much about these things. Better to work out how to cross most bridges when you get to them.
I argue that most bots are detected in a much different form and you shouldn't have to wory about it being your computer or ip with MOST companies that understand how to secure a revenue stream, unlike trion worlds.
