I imagine pvpers are. I mean that's the biggest spot to get banned since this thing came out.

The tool assumes that the bot will be inputting actions at a bot-like pace.
Which is completely useless given most of the "good" combat logics out there have human-like lag between inputs.
So the tool itself is widely useless and won't detect anything but poorly wrote CRs/bots.
If anything, it will make botting safer because the tool will be pulling so many false positives - and players will abuse its reporting functionality so much, Blizzard will start ignoring player reports.
Or Blizzard will make the player reports have less weight to the point that it'll require a bunch of player reports for them to even consider an investigation against the account.
