i have an issue the bot is saying i dont have installed visual studio c++ 2015?

ye like the tittle says ive reformatted my pc and the bot says i dont have visual c++ 2015 x86 on the pc but i have installed it? i didnt had this befor the reformate i installed evrything the same way stil it says i dont have c++ 2015? im trying to instaled 2015 via the buddy wizard also but the file are not downloading could you give me the exact good page for visual c++ 2015?

windows 7 64 bit never had issue befor the reformat and installed all update of service pack etc it keep saying that message can we teamviewer?

i fixed my issue by reinstalling windows 10 instead of windows 7
