Bug with itemlist for ElementalDamage

There is a bug with ElementalDamage (Fire and Lightning) with Item list.
I've set fire at 15% and it only take lightning one.
I've a lot of Tal Rasha amulet with that bug and now some Ancient Parthan Defenders.

I'll try to swap for lightning (to keep fire) and hope it works
