DB Tripwire and Max sessions

Hello ,
I just paid demonbuddy and so I do not know much yet how it work, anyway.
I have a connection problem and Tripwire , it told me : " Tripwire active shutting down Demonbuddy " or " Max Sessions Will try to login again in 30 seconds . " What to do?
