i tried uninstalling the microsoft c++ visual and installing the buddy wizard; however that did not work.

- Unistall TL
- Install all Prerequisites: NET and Visual Studio (x86!!! x64 will not work)
- Get zip and unpack in fresh folder
- Start TL
- Choose tanks in Garage, without it will give error
