Can't Process Managed Resources?

An error message with "Can't process Managed Resources" keeps coming up and idk why? Wanted to see if anyone could help? Thanks

Thank you! I got it! I don't think those CB routines even exist anymore. i bought them and they were through the store a while ago but i dont think they are active anymore :/
I can run the buddy app now though

if you bought them before store's launch directly via tuanha's store you must get in contact with him to give you new licence
