Regarding perma bans in China

Curious to see why some people were perma banned while others only got a 3 day ban. Quite a large gap there.

The post by blizzard seems to only mention taking action against botters.

I wonder what you had to do differently to fall in to the perma ban category...
 
The CN servers are also ran by a company that is not entirely represented/owned by Blizzard. So you will see a very different practice from the Blizzard we know. These servers also don't have to pay for vanilla D3, RoS is cheaper, and it has micro transactions.
 
Yea that's true I was reading that it's technically not even the same game that we have. Run differently too.

What on earth kind of microtransactions could they possibly have??
 
and I guess they can pay to unlock their stash tabs, and buy more character slots.
 
Character slots, stash tabs, xp boosts and cosmetics as wings, pets, banners, etc etc etc (a shitload of them)
