[Question] is DB compatible with Windows 10?

My friend just purchased a copy of your software and I helped him set it up =)
 
Just be sure not to run Insider Preview builds or anything newer than build 14251. They have made changes to how memory is handled in 14251 and newer.

Please be aware Microsoft does roll out new updates to not Insiders at times too and this can affect everyone running Windows 10 at some point., not just beta.

how do i know my windows build?
 
being on a release build you wont have any issues
 
I have 2 windows 10 builds that DB does not work with. Those two are insider builds. As long as you stay on the standard windows release you should not run into issues.
 
Hi All

That might explain my issue i am having at the moment, do we know if there is going to be any fix for DB to support the new preview builds or are we at a dead end on this?

From my understanding, Microsoft made changes to how the memory is managed since a recent Insider build. If a new release build is made public through Windows Update, then all Windows 10 versions will receive it, they might have to update DB then.

As for now, it is probably in most of our interest to rollback to non-insider builds. I've completed all of this seasons achievements and gear I need, I can wait it out. :P
