Lots of great suggestions here. I'll add my 2 cents.
What class are you using?
Find a good speed build for your character based on the gear you have available. There are some great guides in our forums, or you can search D3fans, IcyVeins, YouTube, etc.
The goal is to kill as much as you can in the least amount of time at the highest Torment level.
You're looking for a few basic things in your speed build:
Maximum DPS (one shot kill builds work best like 1 punch monk, etc)
Highest movement speed possible
Just enough survival ability to not die.
There are lots of useful synergies:
Using GoldWrap + Avarice Band + Boon of the Hoarder are great. It picks up gold and globes from half the screen away while making you invincible. It also gives you +30% movement speed. You also gain a ton of gold you can use later for empowered rifts.
Warzechian Armguards are a must if you're casting an AOE spell or you break objects a lot.
Wreath of Lightning gem gives you 25% movement speed during proc. Has a great synergy with Warzechian Armguards due to the proc breaking random objects around you.
If you have a movement skill that's cooldown based:
Use a piece of gear that changes your cooldown to a resource spender (Like Aether Walker)
Or a piece of gear that extends the movement spell (like Swiftmount)
What you will usually use is cooldown reduction on gear or an In-Geom.
Note: LoN builds can be particularly potent, but they require at least 7+ Ancient pieces to really be effective.
I would suggest Nephalem Rifts with pickup of all items selected. I like to have mine open Weapon Racks as it seems to keep my White material count higher than my Blue. I also love to pickup all of the yellows due to the material conversion build into Trinity.
Depending on your class and build, the Trinity settings are going to change.
And last but not least, here is some information on using the Trinity crafting material converter:
Main Window > Plugin tab > select Trinity > click Config button
Choose the Items tab > Kanai's Cube tab > look for the CONVERT CRAFTING MATERIAL'S section
"During a town run Trinity can convert non-legendary items into crating materials.
When you have less than the amount selected below, the bot will start creating more of it,
consuming your highest [quantity] crafting material in the process."
Keep in mind some simple math when you set the slider: (Y+B+W)/3=where to set the slider
(Yellow + Blue + White) divided by three will equal the average quantity.
If your material counts looked like this:

Yellow [Veiled Crystal]
15000

Blue [Arcane Dust]
15000

White [Reusable Parts]
6000

15000+15000+6000=36000
36000/3=12000
I would select "Reusable Parts" and then the slider to about 12000.
However, you do not want to set it significantly higher then your middle material

Yellow [Veiled Crystal]
14000

Blue [Arcane Dust]
7000

White [Reusable Parts]
1000

22000/3=~7300
I would select "Reusable Parts" and then the slider to 7000 [Amount of Blue material].
If you set it to 7300, you would end up with 6850 Yellow and Blue.
Need both Blue and White materials?

Yellow [Veiled Crystal]
30000

Blue [Arcane Dust]
4000

White [Reusable Parts]
2000

36000/3=12000
I would select both Blue and White crafting materials for conversion
Set the slider to 12000.
Remember to pay attention when using your materials and re-apply the formula or turn the conversion off, otherwise you might end up with 0 of a non-selected crafting material.
Example: Conversion set to 12000, you have used enough materials to where they are all around 6000, then you will eventually end up with 0 yellow and 9000 blue and white.
