I'm a little confused exactly why i was given an infraction...

This is getting stupid, you do something ludicrous which makes me react and you punish me again because your butt hurt everyone's taking shots at you.

I think it (the thread) was deleted because it didn't go in the CC forum.

If you notice... /Classes/Paladin/ best healbot paladin

I would think it would go either in General discussion, or honorbuddy discussions

Your post was deleted because it was in the CC Release thread instead of the support or general disscussion thread.

The CC Release thread is only for CCs, not support.
 
Recieving a infraction for starting a thread in the wrong section is way too severe i hope the mod/dev relieses it's a easy thing to do and removes the infraction, if not the HB staff really need to re-think there stratagy about treating there customer's correctly, other people have done it before and not been punished just told they has posted in the wrong section.

I totally agree with you. Come on, that's ridiculous. Pretty sure the poor guy paid enough money to where he can make a mistake every now and then. He's a customer and it is your duty to respect him at all costs.

1. Its my job to maintain the integrity of these forums. Keeping specific threads clean of unrelated topics is part of that job.
2. Other people have done it; yes, they too have had their threads moved or removed.
3. This guy has been here long enough and has made enough posts to know where he should and should not be posting.

I pay taxes, does that mean the goverment MUST respect me at all costs? Be realistic!

Just because you are paying customer does not mean you can do anything you want.
 
I especially love it when you aren't even given infractions, you're straight up 'muted'. Which really isn't a mute, it's a ban. Or when you're given an infraction/ban and somehow your post that you were banned for disappears.
 
I figured that a Paladin CC Specific question belonged in the Paladin CC forum... =/

If its worth the infraction then fair enough.
 
1. Look up the definition of integrity, because I don't think you know what it means. It's actually ironic that you'd use that word, since you're the one who is in direct violation of maintaining the integrity of these forums.
2. That's all what needed to be done. Maybe a PM to them that says "Hi, I just moved your topic because XXXXX, just wanted to let you know for future reference."
3. That's not the point. Mistakes happen. You make them, I make them, everyone makes them.

Such is the problem with giving some people any amount of authority.

What a pathetic analogy, seriously. Tax payers aren't customers. People who pay for products ARE customers. You're really losing your credibility at this point, sorry chief.
 
I think Bossland should hire people for a help desk, take down the forums and only have a download section. Things are getting ridiculous on the forums lately and an "infraction" is just silly when someone mistakenly puts a topic in the wrong area. As it has been said mistakes happen.

I don't have an issue with the infraction, just the fact that its easily confused that a question about a Paladin CC somehow doesn't belong in the Paladin CC thread, that way it targets users, who use Paladin CC's... Make sense?

yea there should be a support forum under the specific title ( CC ) makes sense... heck i'll make a support forum, etc ,etc in 10 mins if i could post a link to it here hehe...

honestly this isnt a Bot issue... i always see people post that so and so isn't bot related but CC's problem..

Are you going to mute me now because i said i think your butt hurt because people are ganging up on you? REALLY show us how unprofessional some people Bosslands has manage his site are. I was fine with the first, but you doing the second was just you being power hungry, you provoked a reaction and then punished me for it. And the fact i realized that the title had WTF in it, but was unable to edit it, because you simply can't.

I reversed the infraction. This isn't really a reason for you to receive one. However; I have to go with fpsware; that sort of post doesn't belong in the CC release thread. (Next time, please post it in general, or something like that.)
