Just updated to Windows 10 and Now DemonBuddy wont start

Hi, I had been using Demonbuddy on my Win 7 machine for a while and today I upgraded to Windows 10. I used the Installer method to install. It seems to install fine, but when I try to run it nothing happens. I tried disabling my firewall and disabling my Windows Defender to no avail. I also try Run as administrator and also tried running the exe in compatibility mode of win 8 and win7. I also tried to uninstall the .NET frameworks and re-install them and that didn't work. It does not seem to leave any log files on what is happening. I also tried just the zip file to run that exe with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Download the beta build from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/238694-beta-demonbuddy-beta-builds.html and do a CLEAN install.
