Im also havign this issue, just flipped from invoker to bombardment using Trinity 2.14.31 and Adventurer 1.3.4.14.

Seam to be reinstalling or updating trinity or adventurer every few days over last 2 weeks :(

Havent changed anything and seams to be working 2 rifts later for no reason, that said noticed it pops iron skin before it pops bombardment while ring is in lighting before cycling to physical. Unsure if its a snapshot effect but if it isnt like the ring doesnt seam to be its wasting a few seconds per CoE cycle by casting this just before instead of slightly after?

Also guessing built in combat settings overriding any additional settings for shield glare as its seams to use it on cd on elites a few seconds before CoE cycle and thus missing the 20% increased dmg with the full combo.

It takes a few seconds for the first barrel from bombardment to hit, CoE is dynamic so this is the most efficient.
 
Possibly an error on my side, but the latest SVN code does not respect CoE cycles. I see you changed the logic, but cant figure out what's going wrong.

Make sure you have the tick box checked in settings 0000 > combat > misc > 'Misc Combat Settings' 'Wait for Convention Element'

yea said that in post, i dont know if iron skin works like that though, as with mortal drama barrels still coming down after iron skin wears off while the ring is still in physical as its cast before.

Iron skin up for first 1.5sec of the 4sec CoE give or take looking at it.

everything is working as intended with the latest release, just wait for the stable version to be uploaded or use svn if ur that impatient, but dont blame anyone for its instability, since its still beta

So are we supposed to download the Trinity zip file located on the original post of this thread for the most up to date version of Trinity that is also optimized for LoN crusaders? Or can we just use the Trinity zip file located in the Trinity post that is stickied?

I'm not sure which Trinity version I'm supposed to install/overwrite. I currently have Trinity 2.14.31 which I got off the Trinity post that is stickied. I do not have the one that is in this thread at all....

So do I need to overwrite that one with the .zip file on this thread? Then I'm good to go?

"Bombardment damage is captured at the point of activation (with the exception of known dynamic buffs such as CoE) for all the barrels in that activation – triggering Iron Skin mid-bombardment does not change the damage."
Meaning is only needs to be casted right before the bombardment, as it's damage is being snapshotted at the moment of activation -> all the further barrels falling from the sky have the exact same dmg as right at the moment of activation(in terms of thorns dmg).

How are you guys doing with your GR? I've got up to 79 so far. Didn't try 80 too many times as I still need the skeleton pauldrons and nem bracers to cut down on deaths and get more elite spawns.

Nemesis bracers are a must, shoulder slot is w/e, never used skeleton king and completed an 80 on first try with around 5 mins left
 
Nice job!
But without the Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan and Spiked Barding rune, steed charge will only be cast when the crusader need to move. So when you block punish if steed charge is channeled, the crusader will go in circles on the stupid horse (which it happens to me right now)...

dont know if this has been mentioned/asked already, i didnt notice it as i was skimming through

is there any way to make the crusader use the bombardment combo every time coe rotates around to correct buff, regardless of mobs around. the current method where it waits for there to be an elite pack/big enough mob cluster makes it lose a lot of possible "free kills" while running around looking for clusters and elites that cost it nothing as it could just use them all while moving
 
After I updated to what was posted on the SVN, my consecration is now out of sync. Accidental or is this new behaviour?

pretty sure that based on your trinity setting, trash amount and cluster - either it fights or not. Dont know if there a way to force it though to fire off regardless of those settings as that the rules around the combat routine

I think I have 80 done in ~12 minutes. You don't need those shoulders although nems help a ton. When you pull 2 elite packs to a power and pop a third.... it feels good man, feels good.

I am fairly certain that the bot with a little control assistance will reach the highest levels. It is so efficient on rotations/casts. As long as you give it a nudge once in a while preventing it from doing something stupid...

I actually really enjoy messing around trying to get it perfect.

Literally just make Trash Pack like 8 and radius like 30. Shield Glare 8, Bombard 8, Iron Skin 1%. Thats all I change and do 80s. AR gems + Esoteric 87, Trapped 89, Thorns 88. And uncheck avoid aoe because it just makes it do nothing.
 
What settings are you running for the damage affixes like arcane, molten core, and ghom gas? My guy keeps dying to those a lot because he either sits on top of the arcane sentry at the pivot point, sits there after killing a molten core mob, or sits in the ghom gas which does insane damage after building up.

30% on every affix.

I generally kill everything before it kills me. Some rifts it dies but its still fine. Ive seen it die 3 times and clear a 80 in 6.5minutes. It was a amazing rift though.
 
I feel super squishy when i take Str/AD/CDR rings instead of Str/Vit/CDR rings =[

The main guide on Diablofans says Str/AD/CDR, do you guys agree?
