While running a bunch of GR is great for XP farming, you have to farm keys as well, so it's not really an accurate representation of how much XP you're making over the course of a week or month, for instance. I'm wondering how many people just let the bot run a Grift profile with the "Run Nephalem Rift if no key found" option checked, so it goes back and forth as it needs keys. I find that keeping the bonus XP pools inside the GRs is a nice bump to XP as well.

I'm getting roughly 80B XP/H on a LON garg WD lately with this method. Anyone pulling substantially more (120B+) doing the same method?

Its hard to sustain good experience while not having a stockpile of keys or exp pool. You've got a pretty good setup going, it just gets worse because that build can be slow in tx, it runs that at the same speed it runs 70+ :(

I also do the same thing usually since im too lazy to switch builds so often and im trying to build a season account. The issue that happens is like I said, it doesn't clear tx any faster than it clears gr70+. So in actuality when I'm not feeling lazy I need to switch to a TX farm build and stack up tons and tons of keys then switch to a GR farming build.

I remember reading long ago when RoS and rifts were new (pre greater rift) that once you got to somewhere around 400+ paragon the exp pool buff no longer had a cap. So you could stack it as much as you wanted and it would take you forever to burn it off so long as you didn't die. So if thats true and you can set the GR to a level that you won't die on, ever, it may be worth running a TX build for a day and stacking up a few hundred keys then burn them off with a good GR build.

Also I believe exp pools are exclusive to the character, so if you farm TX on your wizard but then switch to your witch doctor to farm high GR you won't have the pools.

This has never been the case, to my knowledge. It may have been that at RoS launch, the low amount of XPH people were getting made it "feel" like forever, since you'd gain bonus faster than you could drain the pool.

The only way to reliably get the 25% bonus in GRs while botting is to weave GR+NR back and forth.

Heya Serenevisage,

I personally just run T10 rifts for like 2 days then GRs for like 5-6 days. 2 days of T10 gets me over 600 keys and I do 80 GRs at like 8-10m a rift(like 11.5min on average counting townrun per rift).

I make 30bil per hour in T10 and between 215 and 225bil in my 80 GRs. I don't track Exp with DB its not even correct. Said I was averaging like 180bil yet I added up the 26 levels I got in 9 hours of sleeping and it added up to 223bil an hour.

Nah, using solo version of it.

What build are you running that's getting you 200B+ solo sustained? And yeah, I'm obviously quoting THUD, not DB... using the "Session (absolute)" value, which is most accurate.

LoN Bombard on my Sader. Lvl 87 Eso, 88 Thorns, and 89 Trapped. Lvl 76-80 gems cubed on every item. 535m Toughness before any procs etc. - http://www.d3planner.com/590626492

Running Swiftmount(don't have ancient Illusionary boots so I can't use my doombringer very well for botting).

Trash 8. Radius 35.
Always attack elites in clusters.
Ignore Minions.

Iron Skin 1%
Shield Glare 8.
Bombard 8.

Uncheck:
Path around AoE
Avoid AoE out of Combat
Kite to Avoid Death on Low HP

Use Steed Charge OOC and Spam in combat on. Law of Justice at 99% and laws off CD just so it spams it. Same with Akarats.
